Jobility aims to empower People with Disabilities (PwDs) by connecting them to meaningful employment opportunities. We work towards breaking down the longstanding barriers in India that have marginalized this skilled yet overlooked community. By offering a dedicated platform, Jobility strives to achieve an inclusive environment where disabled-people are embraced. Our mission extends beyond job placement; we aim to dismantle existing inequalities and create an Indian society where every individual has the chance to thrive and make significant contributions.

The Problem

People with disabilities (PwDs) face recurring challenges in India in employment and workplace integration. Only a small fraction manage to complete secondary education, hindered by inadequate resources and societal awareness.

Plus, they contributed to 0.58% of the national workforce in 2017-18, despite constituting 2.2% of the population, highlighting a severe employment disparity.

This underrepresentation shows systemic discrimination and inequality. Adding to these educational barriers, long-established stereotypes further restrict PwD's employment opportunities.

We aim to combat these injustices by equipping the differently-abled by connecting them with forward-thinking companies committed to diversity and inclusion.

Co-Founder

Inspired by my family’s dedication to community service, I launched a social project using technology to create equal opportunities. Initially, I did not realise the size of the impact I was creating, but later I resolved to make a greater difference, transforming my passion into practical action that impacts lives.

Co-Founder

I discovered a passion for web development by experimenting with different tools and frameworks. Starting with small projects, I learned from each experience. I strive to build scalable solutions that empower people with disabilities, creating an inclusive and accessible platform that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

KHYATI KEJRIWAL

Co-Founder

Since I was 5, I have seen my parents devote their free time to community service. This inspired my interest and skills. Although I was a regular visitor, I always wanted to create my own project. Therefore, my team and I utilized new technology to identify and assist those in need.
